Rose has decades of experience in Mediation. Her original training included 80 hours of mediation training with the Christian Legal Society where she trained alongside attorneys from all over the U.S. Rose was one of the founding members of the Montana Mediation Association, traveling from out of state where she managed a law office, to be involved in the start up of this organization. Rose co-facilitated the first Victim/Offender Dialogue (VOD) in Montana for the Department of Corrections and has conducted several VODs for victims of violent crime since that time. She has a Bachelors Degree in Paralegal Arts & Sciences and 100's of hours of continuing CLE credits, as well as Mediation and Social Work credits. She served on the Board of Directors for Montana Mediation Association for several terms. Rose is a Certified Mediator with Family Designation, and a Guardian ad Litem.
