My passion has long been creative problem solving. I found mediation and Collaborative practice early in my legal career in 2011 and became trained in both. I was fortunate in the nascence of my peacemaking practice. I was mentored by leaders in the mediation and Collaborative fields and worked with drivers of cutting edge dispute resolution models. In 2016, I was back in California and became involved in both civil and estates and trusts Collaborative practice and Integrative Mediation of the Bay Area. I hope to bring this expansive thinking as I expand my peacemaking practice in Montana. Most of my experience derives from family law but I have always maintained a varied practice and am an able mediator in varied arenas. I also have a Master's in Public Administration and understand the workings of law and dispute resolution among government agencies.
